At Velasca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring the protective dust bags and all tags are included to maintain product integrity.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized collection point and keep your receipt to track the progress of your return to our Italian warehouse.
